• How do I order something in your shop?

1. Go to the shop

2. When you find an item you like, click on the Add to Cart button. Then click on the small trolley on the top right corner, and the Checkout button.

3. Fill in your shipping and payment details. 

4. Review your order to check that your information and order are correct.

8. Click Pay.

9. Et voilà! A confirmation email is on its way to your inbox.


• Do you ship internationally? What are the shipping costs?

I ship worldwide.

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.


• Is your shop secure?

My shop and website are secured by encryption tools by our website host. Our secure check-out system is highly encrypted for your safety.


• When will I receive my order?

After placing your order, you will receive two e-mails from me: one when I receive your order and one when your order is shipped with your tracking number.

Orders are shipped within one to three days, and take between 10 to 15 days to reach you after shipment. There may be a little delay due to customs.

If you need your order faster, you can contact me before ordering.


• Returns

Due to the very high shipping costs from France to your country, all sales are final.

I try to give detailed descriptions and photos to help you make an informed choice.

Please read the item descriptions and measurements provided before making a purchase.

Email any questions or concerns about an item prior to making your purchase. I’m happy to help you!

Please, do not return an item to me without prior authorization, I will have to return your package to you at your cost.


• Items damaged during shipment

I strive to pack all of our shipments as well as we possibly can, however, sometimes an item will be damaged during shipping no matter how well I pack it.
If an item is damaged in the shipping process, please let me know within 3 days of receipt.

To make a successful damage claim:

  1. Take photos of the damage to the items AND also the packing materials/box.

  2. Email photos and a written description of the damage to us.

  3. Keep all packaging to assist in the claim with the shipping company.

I will give a partial to full refund based on the amount of damage. Included shipping charges are not refundable.


• Package being returned because unclaimed

If your package is returned by the carrier because it has been unclaimed, shipping costs for a second shipment will be requested + a 10% fee (of the shipping costs amount).
No refund will be possible.


• Layaway

I can reserve an item on hold and can offer a payment plan to suit your budget.

I can accept layaways for orders over $150.00. I ask for a 50% deposit, and the remaining 50% due within 30 days. If you would like to arrange a layaway, please email me to ask before making your purchase.

Deposits are non-refundable, if you discontinue your payment you will forfeit any monies paid.


• I’m looking for a specific item. Can you please search for it?

I’d be glad to look for the item you want! Contact me here with an accurate description and photos if possible.

Just be aware that I may never find it, or only months later, depending on the rarity and chance. I happened to search for particular items for months without finding any, and then met 3 at the same flea market!
