Antique French brass holy water font

♥ DESCRIPTION: Large bronze or brass stoup, in the neo-Gothic style, with the subject of Christ on the cross, and two praying angels kneeling at his feet. At the back, a clip allows the holy water font to be hung on the wall. The bottom and the top were certainly molded first, then assembled in hot welding, visible at the back. Very beautiful decorative and religious French item!
