I take great care in packing fragile and valuable items to ensure they arrive safely. Each item is securely wrapped and boxed to protect it during transit. I also use tracked shipping for added peace of mind, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply, depending on their country’s regulations. These fees are not included in the purchase or shipping price and must be paid directly to the carrier or customs office when the parcel arrives in your country.

If your parcel is returned to me for any reason (for example: the delivery address was incorrect, customs duties were not paid, or the parcel was not collected in time) I won’t be able to offer a refund.

However, you will have the option to have your parcel resent. In that case, you’ll need to cover the cost of reshipping, which may be significant depending on your location (especially outside of Europe).
