Check your spam folder. Is an email from is there?

First of all, drag-and-drop the email message from beneath the tab it’s currently filed under, to the “Primary” tab:

Once done, a message alert will appear with, “This conversation has been moved to Primary. Do this for all future messages from sender@theirdomain.com?” Select “Yes:”

If you use Gmail mobile app, open the Gmail application and follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Spam or Junk Folder.

  2. Click on one of my emails.

  3. Select the option “Report not spam”.

  4. You will now receive emails from me as normal.

If none of my emails are in your spam folder, you can add me to your contact list so you’re sure to receive future emails.

  1. Open one of my emails

  2. Hover your mouse over my name. It’s at the top of the message. After a few moments, a small pop-up window will appear.

3. Click More Info on the pop-up window. It’s at the window’s bottom-left side. This expands a panel on the right side of Gmail.

4. Click the Add Contact icon. It’s the outline of a person with a plus symbol at the top-right corner of the right panel. This adds the sender to your Gmail contacts.

Yahoo

Check your spam folder. Is an email from is there?

  1. Please open the email.

  2. Next click the Not Spam button on the top toolbar.

Create a filter to automatically send email from me to your Inbox.

  1. Move your mouse over or tap the Gear icon in the top right navigation bar.

  2. Select Settings from the list that drops down.

  3. Choose Filters located on the left side of the page and click the Add button on the Filters page.

  4. Create a name such as Whitelist in the Filter name field.

  5. In the From field leave the default contains selected.

  6. Enter mathilde@brocantemajolie in the text box next to Contains

  7. Choose Inbox and click on Save

  8. You will see in the next screen -Deliver to Inbox if From contains – Just click or tap Save on this screen.
