Antique French copper pan

♥ DESCRIPTION Antique French copper saucepan, rather rare to find. The rim is rolled over, and the interior was once tin-lined but has since darkened with age. There is a divot in the center of the underside of the base, indicating that the coppersmith used a compass to mark out the radius of the circle of copper cut from a flat sheet to form the pan. The handle is fixed to the pan body with three copper rivets, and there’s a pierced hanging hole at the end. A beautiful and very old piece! ♥ DIMENSIONS (Diameter x Height x Length): 11.5 x 3.5 x 19.5″ ♥ WEIGHT: Approximately 4.2 lbs ♥ CONDITION: This saucepan is in very good condition, with very slight possible dents and minor scratches. The interior will need to be retinned if you intend to use it for cooking.
